Jury to hear No Doubt's case against Activision's Band Hero: Pop rock band's ongoing lawsuit against the video game company for its avatar-unlocking feature is set to go in front of a jury.

    Oh gawd. How stupid! She should be sued for being a washed up pop singer with a failed solo career and without no doubt she would nothing other than a real prostitute working the garden grove streets where she was spawned from

And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool.
