In short, Apple was attempting to bundle several changes into a single vote that would have derailed this guy's attempt at getting more dividends.  The court saw what Apple was doing and blocked them.

And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool.
