(Reuters): Reuters - Facebook is expected to file initial paperwork with regulators on Wednesday morning for a $5 billion initial public offering, sources close to the deal told IFR.

And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool.
