CIA chief says appears Saudi oil "ramping up"
(Reuters): Reuters - Saudi Arabia's oil production appears to be "ramping up" and can fill some of the demand shortfalls caused by sanctions on Iranian exports, CIA Director David Petraeus said on Tuesday.
