O.C. Sheriff Hutchens announces she's undergoing cancer treatment: Sandra Hutchens, 57, announces she has begun chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer but will continue to actively lead one of the state's largest law enforcement agencies.

Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens announced Monday that she has begun chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer but will continue to actively lead one of the state's largest law enforcement agencies.
