Hand Foot Mouth Disease in Adults
And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool. You can Google for HFMD for the particulars about it. All the info out there is geared for kids with absolutely no info on how it affects adults. Swallowing was painful to the point where I cut back on drinking regular fluids because of the discomfort.
