Samsung loses bid for new trial after Apple's $1B verdict: South Korean electronics giant had argued that juror misconduct tainted Apple's billion-dollar judgment against Samsung and created the need for a new trial.

And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool.
