Romney says teachers’ unions should be barred from making political contributions:
Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney said Tuesday that he believes teachers’ unions should be prohibited from making political contributions because many times those unions will be sitting across the table from Democratic lawmakers in negotiating their contract terms.
