9 O.C. school districts in ‘financial jeopardy’

Buried in here is the number of school districts in CA - 1037. So that means 13% of the school districts are indicating they don't know how to budget. Now the way the teachers union and their puppet governor, J.Bro, play the media you would believe the entire state education system is on the verge of falling apart. But now we get the truth. 13%. ONLY 13%. We want to levy taxes (which to date there are 4 tax props coming this fall ALL of which would hit everyone is some way) for the minority districts that can't manage their budget. Not just a minority, like a 49% or 30%. But a measly 13%.
