Of course the school system is forming their own "blue shield" over all this and how their system apparently failed.  Talking to school board members will accomplish nothing.  They're only there to further their own political ambitions or have a personal matter to address in being on the board.  They need to talk to the special education personnel to get the story on how the system failed but I'm sure the teachers union is closing ranks too.
