So the Supreme Court has upheld the Affordable Care Act. But Chief Justice John Roberts’ majority opinion
also appears to have placed new limits on Congress’s ability to regulate interstate commerce. Will this make future federal legislation harder to enact? That’s one question legal scholars are now mulling.

And now for something different... All sarcasm aside, it would appear I contracted Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) from my 3 year old son who picked it up from preschool.
